Inside the Game is an application for staying up-to-date on sports games. Inside the Game (herein referred to as the “application”) requires internet access for requesting data from a third-party API hosted at thesportsdb.com that is used to monitor games that are live and/or upcoming in a variety of select sports, a third-party sports news site, VSiN.com, that maintains a live feed of news articles related to a variety of sports leagues and games, and a third-party sports radio hosted through Cirrus Streaming Securenet Systems. At Country Roads Technologies, LLC, we value security, honesty, and would never collect or share user data without explicit warning and deliberate purpose.
User Data
This application collects device data for determining screen width and height for formatting purposes only. It does not collect any sensitive user data, such as usernames, emails, phone numbers, location. It does not collect any usernames, emails, or passwords. There is a potential that log-in and account creation features will be added in a future update, though these features are not currently implemented in the app. This app does not share any data on the user or their device with any third parties.
Permissions
This application does not request any permissions for use of device functionality. The application does not collect audio, photo, or video taken by the microphone or camera. The app does require access to the speaker for playing sports radio, so users can listen to live commentating on games on the WZGV2 radio hosted through Cirrus Streaming Securenet Systems. The application does use the keyboard for searching the news articles provided by VSiN.com’s rss feeds.
Children’s Privacy
This application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not collect any personal information from children through our application.
