Miami Marlins vs. Cincinnati Reds 6:40 PM ET

Janson Junk Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-104 per DraftKings)

Janson Junk has had quite the career, which started out in Anaheim, but has made its way over to Miami. Junk has a pretty good arsenal with a 5-pitch mix and had a solid start to open the season with 4 and a third innings pitched, allowing just 2 earned runs, and 5 strikeouts. Junk also found his best season last year in Miami and got off to roughly the same ERA. The Reds also bolster a righty-heavy lineup, which Junk has been pretty lethal against, so I suspect he’ll have a few Ks by the end of the night.

James Wood Under 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI’s (-122 per DraftKings)

James Wood hasn’t seen his best stuff in the batter’s box to start the season. He comes into this one with just 5 hits in 40 at-bats. The Nationals also have to go up against Andre Pallante, who Wood hasn’t exactly matched up against, with just 1 hit in 6 at-bats. Though there isn’t a ton of value here, it’s worth taking a shot on considering Wood’s recent play.

Atlanta Braves vs. Los Angeles Angels 9:38 PM ET

Ozzie Albies Over 0.5 Hits (-209 per DraftKings)

The contact-hitting switch-hitter Ozzie Albies is certainly getting into his groove early this season. He has his batting average at .300 on the dot at the moment and is playing in a contact-friendly park tonight, Angel Stadium. He will be going up against Jose Soriano, who has been really good in his own right. Against Albies he hasn’t allowed a single hit, and on the season is currently 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA. With 2 games to watch now for the Braves, I’m sure they will pick up on some of his tendencies and will be a little more productive than the previous 2 opponents of Soriano.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. San Francisco Giants 9:45 PM ET

Trey Turner Over 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBI’s (-165 per DraftKings)

Phillies Trea Turner has been on an absolute tear to start this season, as he enters with a .289 batting average, generating .89 runs per game, though he only has 2 RBIs at this point. The nice thing for Turner is you get him in the leadoff spot with more chances. There’s not a ton of experience Trea Turner has against Adrian Houser, and it sure won’t be an easy feat tonight. Houser currently has a 1.69 ERA, but Turner is going to want to get things kickstarted early after a tough loss yesterday to the Rockies.
