Denver Broncos
Projected Starters: Garrett Bolles (LT), Ben Powers (LG), Luke Wattenberg (C), Quinn Meinerz (RG), Mike Mcglingchey (RT)
Ranked as one of the best offensive lines last season, this unit was vital to the success of rookie quarterback Bo Nix. The group remains intact and will be entering its third season under head coach Sean Payton. Thanks to the stability up front, the Broncos’ front office was able to focus on upgrading the skill positions this offseason. If Denver can marginally improve its running game, the team could become a serious threat in the AFC West by season’s end.

Kansas City Chiefs
Projected Starters: Josh Simmons (LT; Rookie) or Jaylon Moore (LT), Kingsley Suamataia (LG), Creed Humphrey (C), Trey Smith (RG), Jawaan Taylor (RT)
The Chiefs’ starting offensive line remains largely intact, with the potential addition of rookie Josh Simmons being the only notable change. This unit ranked among the best in the league and was a key factor in the team’s run through the AFC playoffs. If the group can perform at the same high level as last season, Kansas City will once again be in the Super Bowl conversation.

Las Vegas Raiders
Projected Starters: Kolton Miller (LT), Dylan Parham (LG), Jackson Powers-Johnson (C), Alex Cappa (RG; Free agent acquisition), DJ Glaze (RT)
Ranked among the worst offensive lines in both pass protection and run blocking, this group—and the team as a whole—will be rebuilding once again in 2024. They did acquire Alex Cappa, who was cut by the Bengals, though this move feels more like a temporary fix than a long-term solution. With Pete Carroll taking over as head coach, we’ll see if his leadership can spark improvement from a unit that struggled mightily last season.

Los Angeles Chargers
Projected Starters: Rashawn Slater (LT), Bradley Bozeman (LG), Zion Johnson (C), Mekhi Becton (RG; Free agent acquisition), Joe Alt (RT)
The Chargers are looking to make waves in their second year under head coach Jim Harbaugh. They added Mekhi Becton, who held strong in the middle of the offensive line for the Philadelphia Eagles last season. Like the Broncos, the Chargers were able to focus on adding key skill-position players thanks to the strength of their existing offensive line. If the team falls short in the playoffs, this offensive line likely won’t be the reason they fail to advance past the Wild Card round.
