Here are this week’s EPL best bets:
Manchester City vs. Fulham

A quick turnaround in the Premier League with a full card of midweek fixtures, and there are four bets that really stand out to me ahead of a break this weekend for cup ties. First up is the game involving a Manchester City side fresh from one of the most remarkable endings to a game you will see.
The morale at City must be sky high, having been trailing 1-0 at Liverpool and looking like their title race was over, only for Bernardo Silva to level in the 84th minute and then Erling Haaland to score a penalty in added-on time. The coaching staff were on the pitch, and the jubilant scenes made it look like they had won the league.
This represents a good fixture for Pep’s men to pile the pressure on Arsenal and cut the lead at the top to three points. Fulham are mid-table, have lost three of their last four games, and may have one eye on the FA Cup match at the weekend.
One thing we know about Fulham is they are good for a goal, and no team knows that more than Manchester City. The reverse fixture ended 4-5 at Craven Cottage with City at one stage 5-1 to the good.
Talk of the hosts having a misfiring attack is a little wide of the mark. They have scored at least twice in their last five games and average 2.5 across their last 10. Word has gone round that Haaland is out of form, yet he still has 21 goals from 25 league games this term with a goal and an assist at Anfield on Sunday.
Fulham have scored in 26 of their 30 matches across all competitions this season. I really fancy goals here, with the only question being which is the best option to take.
Both teams to score was tempting at -120, a bet that has cashed in the last four meetings between the two sides here. But with those games ending 3-2, 5-1, 2-1, and 4-1, I have gone for over 3.0 Asian total with a refund if there is exactly three but a full win with four or more.
EPL Best Bet: Manchester City vs Fulham – Over 3.0 Asian Total at -112.
West Ham United vs. Manchester United
Tuesday, 3:15p.m. ET
This looks like being a real cracker of a match and a really tough one for Manchester United. There are plenty of subplots, with Michael Carrick returning to a club he played for and was linked to as a manager.
West Ham have started playing well. That gives us the promise of lots of goals. They have made some good signings in the transfer window who have hit the ground running and have now won three of the last four.
They are finally putting in real fight, have scored at least two goals in all of those games, and this is a massive fixture for them. The Hammers need a win, which could see them level on points with Nottingham Forest in the first safe place in the table. A defeat could leave them six points adrift.
Manchester United are a team transformed under Carrick, winning all of his four games in charge, scoring 10 goals in the process to sit fourth in the table.
West Ham have seen Over 2.5 goals cash in six of their last eight games across all competitions and are yet to keep a clean sheet at home in 13 attempts. No side has seen more home games with at least three goals this season than their nine of 12.
Manchester United top the same metric on the road, with 10 of their 12 away games seeing Over 2.5 goals cash. Eleven of those have also seen both teams score.
Over 3.0 Asian total again is the play at -124.
EPL Best Bet: West Ham United vs Manchester United – Over 3.0 Asian Total -124.
Crystal Palace vs. Burnley
Wednesday, 2:30p.m. ET
I have been fading Crystal Palace successfully for months, but not here. I like them to win, but not at odds of -182.
We have seen for some time now that although they sit above Wolves in the table, this Burnley side are the worst team in the Premier League. They scored goals and caused teams some headaches at times across the campaign, but it seems they have surrendered now and resigned themselves that they will be playing in the Championship next season.
The most encouraging thing for Oliver Glasner at the weekend, other than a first win in 13 games, was keeping a clean sheet. Lacroix was excellent, while having Wharton and Munoz back makes a huge difference.
However, Sarr is their best player, and they missed him massively while he was at AFCON. His goals in back-to-back league games have earned them four points and eased any relegation fears that were beginning to creep in.
Burnley were so bad on their last road trip, losing 3-0 to Sunderland, and they also failed to score in defeat to West Ham at the weekend. With their defense regrouped, I can see Palace shutting out this weak attack and picking up another win and a clean sheet.
EPL Best Bet: Crystal Palace vs Burnley – Crystal Palace to win to nil at +155.
Nottingham Forest vs. Wolves
Wednesday, 2:30p.m. ET
This bet uses the same train of thought as the Palace game above. Forest are -155 to win the game but a massive +160 to win to nil.
Wolves know they are relegated, eight points from 25 games speaks volumes about their inability to compete at this level. Rob Edwards is changing players around, trying to stumble on a successful mix, giving youngsters a chance to see if they can cut it for next season in the Championship.
Sean Dyche saw his side knocked out of the FA Cup last month by Wrexham, which could now be a blessing in disguise. He can fully focus on this huge fixture, with a blank weekend ahead before they go again at home to Liverpool on the 22nd .
Wolves go to Grimsby, so they have a really good chance of making it to the round of 16 and then aren’t too far away from Wembley. That is all they have to play for, so we may see some rotation here with a focus on the weekend.
Even without that, the bottom side have no wins on the road this season, and they have only scored five away goals in 12 games. Seven of their nine road losses have come to-nil. Forest are strong enough at home and have stopped the likes of Porto, Tottenham and Arsenal from scoring, so the visitors here will hold no fear.
EPL Best Bet: Nottingham Forest vs Wolves – Nottingham Forest to win to nil at +160.
