6:40 p.m. ET: Kansas City Royals at Tampa Bay Rays (-145, 7.5)
Embed from Getty ImagesThe Royals (34-46) have taken the first two games of this four-game series, winning the opener 2-1 as +160 road dogs and then winning again yesterday 12-5 as +155 road dogs.
In tonight’s rematch, the Royals hand the ball to lefty Noah Cameron (4-4, 4.20 ERA) and the Rays (43-33) counter with righty Griffin Jax (2-5, 3.67 ERA).
This line opened with Tampa Bay listed as a -140 home favorite and Kansas City a +120 road dog.
Sharps have sided with the Rays to get back on track at home, pushing Tampa Bay up from -140 to -145 or even -150 at some shops.
At DraftKings, the Rays are receiving 72% of moneyline bets and a whopping 98% of moneyline dollars, a notable “low bets, higher dollars” sharp split in their favor.
Tampa Bay offers correlative betting value as a favorite in a low total game (7.5), with the fewer amount of expected runs scored more likely to come from the “better” team who is expected to win.
Jax has posted a 1.20 ERA in his last three starts, allowing only 2 earned runs in 15 innings pitched.
The Rays are 26-12 at home, tied with the White Sox for the best home record in MLB. The Royals are 15-24 on the road.
7:07 p.m. ET: Houston Astros at Toronto Blue Jays (-160, 8.5)
This is the rubber match of a three-game series.
The Blue Jays (39-40) won the opener 4-2, taking care of business as -135 home favorites. Then the Astros (38-43) bounced back with a 9-7 win in extra innings yesterday, coming through as +105 road dogs.
In tonight’s series finale, the Astros send out righty Mike Burrows (3-8, 5.79 ERA) and the Blue Jays turn to fellow righty Trey Yesavage (3-3, 3.76 ERA).
This line opened with Toronto listed as a -150 home favorite and Houston a +130 road dog.
Sharps have jumped on the Blue Jays to earn a win and take the series, pushing Toronto up from -150 to -160.
At DraftKings, the Blue Jays are receiving 81% of moneyline bets and 87% of moneyline dollars, a one-way Pro and Joe bet split in their favor.
Toronto offers buy-low betting system value as a non-division favorite off a loss, with the lack of familiarity typically benefiting the “better” team who is expected to win.
Burrows has posted a 7.71 ERA in four June appearances, allowing 13 earned runs in 16 innings pitched.
Meanwhile, Yesavage will enjoy an extra day of rest as he last started on June 18th.
The Blue Jays are hitting .262 against righties this season, 2nd best in MLB.
Toronto is 22-19 at home. Houston is 18-22 on the road.
8:40 p.m. ET: Atlanta Braves (-135, 7.5) at San Diego Padres
The Padres (41-37) have taken the first two games of this three-game series, winning the opener 1-0 as -120 home favorites and then winning again yesterday 7-6 in extra innings as a -110 home pick’em.
In tonight’s series finale, the Braves (48-30) start lefty Martin Perez (6-3, 2.78 ERA) and the Padres tap fellow southpaw JP Sears, who is making his 2026 debut. Sears went 9-11 with a 5.04 ERA in 2025.
This line opened with Atlanta listed as a -125 road favorite and San Diego a +105 home dog.
Sharps have pounced on the Braves laying short chalk to avoid the sweep, steaming Atlanta up from -125 to -135.
At DraftKings, the Braves are receiving 79% of moneyline bets and over 90% of moneyline dollars. At Circa, Atlanta is taking in 67% of moneyline bets and 69% of moneyline dollars. Both books are showing a “low bets, higher dollars” sharp split in favor of the road chalk.
Atlanta offers correlative betting value as a favorite in a low total game (7.5), with the fewer amount of expected runs scored more likely to come from the “better” team who is expected to win.
The Braves have the better bats, hitting .252 with a .316 OBP, .418 slug and 383 runs scored compared to the Padres hitting .220 with a .293 OBP, .364 slug and 304 runs scored.
Perez has posted a 2.76 ERA in three June starts, giving up 5 earned runs in 16.1 innings pitched. Atlanta is 4-0 in his last four starts. He is 5-1 with a 1.96 ERA in night games.
Atlanta is hitting .246 against lefties (11th in MLB) while the Padres are hitting .221 (28th).
