We were able to cash some tickets Friday night, as Los Angeles won outright as 2.5-point underdogs against Washington and Minnesota handled Chicago easily in the Windy City; however, we did not get the Over in the Atlanta game, as Portland managed to muster just 66 points. We’ve got another trifecta of games on Saturday, so let’s get to the TSI projections for Seattle/Toronto, Connecticut/LA, and Portland/Indiana.

Toronto Tempo (-5.5) vs. Seattle Storm, O/U 170

Seattle has actually won two of its previous three games but will be without Dominque Malonga in this game, while Toronto has managed just a 1-2 record in its previous three games, giving up 111 in its last outing against Chicago. TSI projects a pick ‘em with a total of 170. Toronto is 8th in TSI offense but 14th in defense, while Seattle is 15th and 9th, respectively. I’m going to back Seattle on the road here.

Bet: Storm +5.5 (Play to +4)

Connecticut Sun (+5.5) vs. LA Sparks, O/U 167.5

Connecticut comes in with just one win on the season, while LA is playing a back-to-back and coming off a win as an underdog against the Mystics Friday night. TSI projects LA -9 with a total of 172.5, but when you factor in the back-to-back here for LA, I’d rather not rely as heavily on the numbers, and I also don’t want to fade the numbers to back a terrible Connecticut team who likely won’t have Brittney Griner again. Pass for me.

Portland Fire (+10.5) vs. Indiana Fever, O/U 174

Portland only scored 66 against Atlanta Friday night, and are now rewarded with a back-to-back matchup against Caitlin Clark and the Fever, who boast the #1 TSI offensive rating in the league. TSI projects Indiana -11 with a total of 171.5. I’d like to take the Under here, but my concern is that there could be some garbage time scoring in a double-digit game. I think if anything, I’d lean towards laying the points with Indiana here in a particularly bad spot for Portland.

Lean: Fever -10.5
